Taiba Holding Co.’s board of directors has named Qasem Al Maimani as chief executive officer effective from April 1, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board has also appointed Ayman Said, the company’s current acting CEO, as chief financial officer.
Al Maimani has over 29 years and has served as head of the National Plastic Co., vice President of the National Program for the Development of Industrial Assemblies for the Plastics Sector, and Deputy Minister of Commerce and Industry for Industry.
He also was CEO of Arabian Cement Co., the statement said.
