AlAhli REIT Fund 1 units have been added to investor accounts, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.
Last month, the REIT’s initial public offering (IPO) was oversubscribed by 157 percent, with nearly 25,000 investors subscribing to its 41.25 million units, Argaam reported earlier.
The SAR 1.375 billion sharia-compliant REIT aims to generate semi-annual leasing income for investors and achieve asset growth.
