Basic Chemical Industries Company (BCI) has invited its shareholders to vote on the remuneration policy for board members and its committee at its ordinary general assembly meeting on Feb. 6, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders will also vote on the updating the audit committee's list, nominations and remuneration committee regulations as well as criteria and procedures for membership of the council.
Shareholders of record at the end of the trading session preceding the general assembly will be eligible to attend the meeting.
