The Saudi British Bank's (SABB) board of directors has named Stephen Moss as non-executive director, representing HSBC Group, following the resignation of Nigel Hinshelwood.
Moss, who is currently the Group Head of Strategy and Planning at HSBC UK, will take over the role starting Jan.14, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
