Saudi Fransi Capital will pay a cash dividend of 1.6 percent, or SAR 0.16 per unit, totaling SAR 4.56 million to Taleem REIT Fund unit holders for Q4 2017, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend distribution, which is based on 28.5 million existing units, represents 1.59 percent of net asset value as of June 30, 2017.
Shareholders of record as of Jan. 14, 2018 will be eligible to receive the dividend payable within 15 business days.
