Munch Bakery launches franchise program to expand across GCC

Munch International Holding (Munch) has launched a new franchise program in partnership with Saudi and GCC entrepreneurs to open stores across the region, the company said in a statement.

The franchise program will allows entrepreneur from the Gulf to develop the brand with an investment starting from SAR 300,000 up to SAR 5 million, with a chance to achieve a high return on investment within 18 months, the statement said.

The initiative includes providing training and operational consultation to the work teams for up to one month, in addition to delivering freshly made baked goods.

Munch Bakery, which operates bakeries and patisseries, has several branches across the Kingdom in Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah and Al Madinah. The firm has 300 employees.

Munch International Holding last year signed a management agreement with Al-Nefaie Investment Group for the company’s initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu parallel market.
