Saudi-listed Anaam Holding Co. has been urged to pay SAR 106.9 million in Zakat arrears and differentials for period 1995-2011, the company said.
The General Authority of Zakat and Tax (GAZT) sent a letter to that effect to the company today.
Anaam Holding has been placed on a watch list by market regulator since its accumulated losses reached 25 percent of capital.
