Advanced Petrochemical Co. has invited shareholders to vote on the distribution of cash dividend for the fourth quarter, amounting to SAR 137.8 million, at its ordinary general assembly meeting on March 18, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim cash dividends to the shareholders on a biannual or quarterly basis for fiscal year 2018.
In addition, the assembly will approve the payment of SAR 200,000 remuneration to each board member, and discharging board members from liability for the year 2017.
