Al Kathiri Holding Co. (Al Kathiri) plans to set up a Riyadh-based logistics firm with a capital of SAR 100,000, the Nomu-listed company said in a bourse filing.
The new entity, which will be self-financed, will be wholly owned by Al Kathiri. It will provide logistics as well as transport services, the statement said.
