Alandalus Property Co.’s board of directors has appointed Abdulsalam Abdulrahman Al Aqeel as chairman and Saleh Mohammed Al Habib as vice-chairman for the current three-year term that started on March 10, it said in a statement to Tadawul.
The developer has also formed the nominations and remunerations committee, and appointed the board’s secretary and company representative to the Capital Market Authority (CMA), it added.
