Al Tayyar Travel Group invited its shareholders to the ordinary general assembly meeting on March 28 to discuss a series of issues, including performance reports for 2017.
Shareholders will discuss forming an audit committee for the board term ending March 29, 2021, discharge board members from liability associated with their activities in 2017, elect new board members and select an external auditor for 2018.
They will also discuss the board of directors’ report, an audit report and financial statements for 2017.
