Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s general assembly has approved a 7 percent cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2017, at SAR 0.70 per share, amounting to SAR 137.8 million.
The company’s shareholders also delegated the board of directors to distribute cash dividend for FY 2018 along with determining eligibility and distribution dates according to rules and regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
