Almarai Co. has announced a full repayment of its second sukuk series for an amount of SAR 513 million, the company said in a bourse filing.
The sukuk was issued on March 31, 2013. The repayment was financed mostly by operating cash flow and existing credit facilities.
The funds will be deposited into the accounts of sukuk holders on March 29, 2018.
