Yanbu National Petrochemical Co.’s (Yansab) general assembly has approved a 17.5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2017, at SAR 1.75 per share, amounting to SAR 984.37 million.
Shareholders also delegated the company’s board to distribute dividend for fiscal year 2018.
They also decided to stop setting aside statutory deposit.
