Filling & Packing Materials Manufacturing Company's (FIPCO) board of directors sanctioned the reformation of the nomination and remuneration committee on April 2, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.
The committee will now include Abdulrahman Muhammad Aldossari as an independent director and Tarek Khaled Alangari and Ali Saleh Alshdoukhi as members.
The committee follows the cycle of the board, which started on Jan. 1 2016 and ends on Dec. 31, 2018.
