Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) general assembly approved on Monday updating the remuneration policy of the board of directors and its committees as well as for executive management, the insurer said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also approved appointing Mohammed Al Omari & Partners Accounting Firm and Al Azem & Al Sudairy CPA’s to audit the company’s quarterly and annual financials for fiscal year 2018.
