Saudis pumped AED 1.3 billion in Dubai real estate in the first quarter of 2018, coming in third on the list of nationalities investing in the Emirates’ property sector, according to figures from the Dubai Land Department.
Emirati investors topped the list with investments valued at AED4 billion for the quarter, followed by Indian investors who invested AED 3 billion.
As for GCC investors, 1,963 investors – including UAE citizens – made 2,500 real estate deals in Dubai in Q1 worth AED 6 billion.
