Yamama Cement Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Prince Turki bin Mohamed bin Abdelaziz bin Turki as chairman for the current three-year term that started on March 29, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer was also reappointed deputy chairman and managing director.
Meanwhile, the board on Monday elected Fahd Al Thiyniyan, Ibrahim Al Muhanna, Hisham Al Askar and Abdullah Al Bahouth as members of the audit committee. Abdullah Al Sheikh will serve on the committee as an independent member.
The nominations and remunerations committee was also formed, consisting of Ibrahim Al Muhanna, Naif Al Kabeer, Faisal al Rajhi and Mustafa Al Sahn.
