United Electronics Co. (eXtra) shareholders will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term, in the general assembly meeting scheduled for May 13.
The company’s audited financial statements, as well as board and auditors' reports for the fiscal year 2017 will be also discussed, the home appliance retailer said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
The general assembly will also approve the 20 percent cash dividend (SAR 2 per share) distributed for 2017, appoint an external auditor and form the audit committee.
