Shareholders of National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) are set to vote on the board’s proposal to distribute a 5 percent cash dividend, to be issued at SAR 0.50 per share, for H2 2017 during the company's general assembly meeting on May 14.
Registered shareholders at Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the meeting, will be eligible for the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement on Sunday.
The company’s financial statements, as well as board and auditors' reports for the fiscal year 2017 will be also discussed.
Additionally, shareholders will vote on approving the board remuneration amounting to SAR 1.6 million, appoint external auditors, and discharge board members from liabilities for the previous fiscal year, the statement added.
