Saudi Cement Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2017on April 25, 2018.
Shareholders of record on April 15, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two trading days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last week, Saudi Cement's general assembly approved a 17.5 percent cash dividend for the second half of 2017, at SAR 1.75 per share, amounting to SAR 267.75 million.
