Mulkia Gulf REIT Fund said it will pay cash dividend for the first quarter of 2018 on May 7, 2018.
Last week, Mulkia Investment Co. declared a 1.7 percent cash dividend for unit holders of Mulkia Gulf REIT Fund for Q1, at SAR 0.17 per share, amounting to SAR 10.2 million.
