Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s board of directors has reappointed Abdul Rahman Al Ubaid as board chairman for the new three-year term that started on May 2, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board has also elected Badr Al Saliee as deputy chairman and Hassan Asiri as managing director for the same term.
In addition, the board formed the nominations and remunerations committee and named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
