United Electronics Co.’s (eXtra) shareholders have elected board members for the three-year term starting on May 13, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new board includes Abdullah Al Fozan, Abdulah Al Majdouie, Mansour AlBosaily, Ahmed Al Saqer, Abdul Gabar A. Al Abdul Gabar, Fozan Al Fozan, Abdulhamid Al Oahly, Mohamed Fahmy and Mohamed Abdel Malek.
Shareholders also approved audited financial statements and audit report for fiscal year 2017, during the general assembly meeting on Sunday.
In addition, they approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY17.
All other items on the agenda were also approved, including appointing an external auditor, cash dividend distributed for FY 2017, forming the audit committee, and related party transactions.
