Nama Chemicals Co.’s shareholders on Monday approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.
Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2017.
In addition, the appointment of an external auditor was approved to audit the company’s financials from Q2 2018 until Q1 2019.
