Red Sea International Co.’s board of directors on Tuesday has appointed Ibrahim Hassan Al Madhoun as chairman and Jamal Abdullah Al Dabbagh as vice-chairman for the new three-year term that started on May 10, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board of directors has also formed the nominations and remunerations committee, and the executive committee.
Company representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) were also appointed, as well as the board secretary.
