National Metal Manufacturing & Casting Co. (Maadaniyah) said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017 on May 30, 2018.
Shareholders of record on May 10, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last week, the company’s general assembly approved a 2.5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 0.25 per share, amounting to SAR 7.03 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
