Al Gassim Investment Holding Co. was forced to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting on May 17 due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse on Sunday.
The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
