Filling and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co.’s (FIPCO) general assembly meeting on Tuesday has approved the board of directors’ report, the auditor’s report and the financial statements for fiscal year 2017, the packaging firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders approved the remuneration of the board of directors for last year and have acquitted them of any liabilities.
They also approved appointing the International Accountants as an external auditor and approved the auditor’s fees for the quarterly and annual financial results for 2018, as well as Q1 2019.
