Foreign investors cut stakes in 41 listed firms on May 27

Qualified foreign investors (QFIs) cut their stakes in 41 Tadawul-listed firms on Sunday, May 27, while 35 companies saw foreign investors cutting stakes, market data compiled by Argaam showed.

Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) and Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance saw the highest stock sales by foreign investors, with QFIs offloading 0.55 and 0.13 percent of their holdings, respectively.

Meanwhile, United Electronics Co. (eXtra), Malath Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance, and Al Sorayai Trading And Industrial Group were the top companies seeing further purchases by foreign investors. 

Foreign investors raised their shareholdings in eXtra by 0.22 percent, and in Malath and Al Sorayai by 0.09 percent and 0.07 percent, respectively.
