Jabal Omar Development Co. has elected a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting June 30, 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.
Abdul Aziz Al Subeaei was reappointed as board chairman.
In addition, the real estate developer elected the members of the audit committee and approved the committee’s terms of reference and remuneration policy.
The board and auditor’s reports as well as financial statements for fiscal year 2017 were also endorsed.
Board members were discharged from liability for the previous fiscal year.
The company also appointed an external auditor, the statement added.
