Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017 on June 5, 2018.
Shareholders of record on May 15, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last month, the company’s general assembly approved a 5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 0.5 per share, amounting to SAR 540 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
