Mouwasat Medical Services Co.'s fluctuation limit for its capital increase will be based on a share price of SAR 96, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement on Monday.
The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into investor's portfolios by June 6, the statement added.
On Sunday, the company approved a 100 percent capital increase to SAR 1 billion from SAR 500 million through issuance of bonus shares at the extraordinary general meeting.
