Tourism Enterprise Co. (Shams) has appointed Lawyers' Group Zahid bin Zaker as the company’s legal adviser and authorized it to conduct investigations on suspending the company’s chief executive officer, Abdul Hamid Abdullah Al Tareef from work.
Earlier this month, Al Tareef was deprived of his capabilities, and was being investigated in regard to an alleged case of irregularities, the company said in a bourse filing.
