United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) has sold 13,827 fractional shares on June 26, 2018 at SAR 14.02 per share for a total of SAR 193,872, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on July 19, 2018, the statement added.
Last month , the company’s general assembly approved an 18.4 percent capital reduction to SAR 400 million from SAR 490 million through the cancellation of 9 million shares, Argaam reported.
