Al Babtain Power & Telecom on July 19 appointed Ibrahim Al Babtain as a chairman of the board of directors for the three-year term ending on July 26, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing.
Also, board members named Abdel Aziz Al Babtain as a vice chairman of the board.
In addition, audit as well as nomination and remuneration committees were formed, and the company's representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) were named.
