Mulkia Gulf REIT Fund said it will pay cash dividend for the second quarter of 2018 on August 7, 2018.
Shareholders of record on July 22, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last month, the fund manger said that the REIT would pay a 1.7 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.17 per unit, amounting to SAR 10.2 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
