Al Mashaar REIT Fund reported a net profit of SAR 11.6 million for H1 2018, fund manager Muscat Capital said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
Fees and expenses totaled SAR 8.3 million for the first half of the year.
Net asset value (NAV) stood at SAR 584 million, with the number of total units amounting to 57.2 million units.
The yield came in at 2.3 percent for the same period.
