Saudi Appeal Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes decided to revoke the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) resolution fining Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SISCO) SAR 100,000, the company said in a statement on Tadawul Sunday.
On October 21, 2015, the CMA decided to impose the aforementioned fine on the Saudi-listed company for violating clause (c) of Article (45) of the Capital Market Law.
