Electrical Industries Co. (EIC) reappointed Yousef Al-Quraishi as board chairman, effective as of September 10, 2018, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Tariq Al Tahini was also reappointed as the company’s chief executive officer.
EIC elected a new board of directors on Sept. 9 and formed its remuneration and audit committees.
