Dur Hospitality Company’s (Dur) extraordinary general assembly on Sept. 11 appointed the new board of directors for the new three-year term that starts on Jan. 1, 2019 and ends Dec. 31, 2021, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
Shareholders also appointed the audit committee for the same period and approved its tasks, regulations and members’ remunerations.
In the meeting they approved amending several articles of association.
In a separate statement, Dur’s new board has approved re-appointing Abdullah Al-Issa as chairman and Naser Al-Subeaei as vice-chairman for the new term.
