Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. has received a no-objection letter from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) on appointing Faisal Tamr as board chairman for the current term.
The insurer also secured SAMA’s approval to appoint Al Dana Al Juffali as deputy chairman for the same term, it said in a bourse statement.
