Tabuk Cement shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on Nov. 1

Tabuk Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on amending the company’s bylaws and corporate governance during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on Nov. 1, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
