Saudi Cable Co.’s board of directors has accepted chief executive Dionysius Metzemaekers’ resignation on Oct. 22, 2018 for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.
The resignation is effective from Oct. 23, 2018.
Meanwhile, the board has named Abdel Hadi Abo Al khair as acting chief executive effective from the same date.
Abo Al khair has four years of experience as chief executive at Fursan Advanced Industrial Resins Co. and over 20 years of experience in sales, production and quality control of manufacturing industries, the statement added.
