Tabuk Cement Co.’s extraordinary general assembly approved on Thursday amendments to the company’s bylaws related to general assembly invitations, audit committee reports, financial documents, dividend distribution and claim of liability.
Shareholders also approved amending corporate governance related to general assembly, conflict of interest, competitors and license renewals, the cement producer said in a bourse filing.
