Al Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajihi Takaful) received on Nov. 25 a letter from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) approving the appointment of non-executive board member Saud bin Abdullah Al Rajhi as vice-chairman.
The approval is effective immediately and valid until the end of the term, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
