Bonyan REIT Fund will pay a 2.45 percent cash dividend for the period from July 3, 2018 until Oct. 31, 2018, at SAR 0.245 per unit, amounting to SAR 39.91 million, the fund manager, Saudi Fransi Capital, said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 2.45 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of establishment date, the fund manager added.
