AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. (AXA Cooperative) has appointed non-executive board member, Film Lingenbish, as vice-chairman, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
The firm received on Sunday, Dec. 2, Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) approval on his appointment, which is effective immediately, the statement said.
Lingenbish has vast insurance experience and holds a PhD in management, it added.
