National Co. for Learning & Education (NCLE) said the dividend recommended by the board of directors is related to H2 starting March 1, 2018 and ending Aug. 31, 2018.
The recommendation followed dividend distributions for previous periods made before the company’s initial public offering (IPO) and capital hike, as stated in the company’s financial statements and board report for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.
Last Week, NCLE’s board of directors recommended a 4 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2018, at SAR 0.4 per share, amounting to SAR 17.2 million, according to data available on Argaam.
