Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) appointed Sulaiman bin Abdulrahman Al-Quwaiz as the chairman and Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Al Essa as the vice chairman of the board of directors, the company said in a bourse filing.
In addition, Mobily appointed Eng. Khalifa Hassan Al Shamsi as managing director, the telecom services provider said.
The board has also formed subcommittees in accordance with the approved duties and responsibilities, it added.
